Wie kann ich von PC zu ATARI 1050-Disk kopieren?

hallo user!

ich bin neu im atariland und suche nach einer möglichkeit, eine
.ATR-datei vom PC (windows xp) auf eine echte 1050-floppy zu übertragen.

wer kann mir da helfen?

p.s.: atari 800XL / floppy 1050 - sonst hab ich nix...
