Befehle an Konsolentasten binden

Hallo Unixer,

ich suche nach einem xbindings für die konsole, also komplett ohne X.
Konkret möchte ich ein

aumix -v -10

an die VolumeDown Taste binden. Eine eigene .map mit

keycode 113 = F1
string F1 = "aumix -v -100\n"
keycode 114 = F2
string F2 = "aumix -v -10\n"
keycode 115 = F3
string F3 = "aumix -v +10\n"

ist letztendlich nur ein böser Hack, welcher auch nur mit offener
Kommandozeile funktioniert. Gibt es soetwas?
