isdn ppp bind: Can't find a (free) connection to the ipppd ,daemon

Hallo Leute,

auf meinem Rechner mit Fritz-PCI-Karte habe ich unter Kubuntu die
capisuite installiert.

Irgendwann habe ich bemerkt, dass mein Rechner ständig nach draußen
wählen wollte, was nicht klappte, da irgendwie bei der Konfigurierung
falsche Parameter angegeben wurden.

Danach habe ich ippp deinstalliert, da ich über DSL ins Netz gehe.

Trotzdem kriege ich jetzt noch diese Meldungen:

Alle viertel bis halbe Minute müllt mir diese Meldung die syslog voll.

Was läuft da schief? auch mit googeln und Büchern komme ich nicht so
recht weiter. Wer kann mir helfen?
