ISDN-Einwahlserver nimmt nicht ab

Hallo,

ich möchte mich von meinem Notebook (WinXP) per Mobiltelefon auf meinen
Linux-Recher (Debian sarge) einwählen.

Leider nimmt der Einwahlserver nicht ab.
