Hi there, I'm trying to port an application using XFree86/OS2 4.5 and GTK+-2.0. So I'm using GCC303 to compile a little HelloWorld app. The compile proceede without any errors, so I assume all required libs are found. But when I start the Hello.exe file under XF there comes the error message 'Gtk warning ** : cannot open display:'. So the display variable seems to be empty (but it's set in config.sys properly!). If I start the exe using the parameter --display=:0.0 I get a 'abnormal program termination' message. Other GTK programs like the gtk-demo.exe are running fine. Any hints where I can look for a solution? Bye Frank[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
