Hallo NG,

beim Support für eine Excelstor-HDD gibt es ein Testprogramm zum
runterladen, bei dem folgendes steht:

Diagnostic utility for PATA(IDE) and SATA drives. Supports ExcelStor
drives up to 250GB capacity. This utility must run in DOS mode (not in
a DOS window).

Frage: wie mache ich das bei Windows XP? Da gibt es doch gar kein DOS
mehr?
