vom SATA Brenner booten?

Hallo Leute

Gibts generell Probleme mit dem booten von SATA Brennern?

Ich habe jetzt einen PX-860SA an einem internen Port des Asus M3A78-EM
angeschlossen und finde den nicht im Bios Bootmenü. Und auch nicht im
Bios selbst. Unter Windows XP ist er aber vorhanden und ganz normal
nutzbar. Liegt das vielleicht an der AHCI Einstellung des SATA
Controllers?
