[Emacs] look-around in regulären Ausdrücken?

Hallo,
sehe ich das richtig, dass Emacs/elisp kein look-ahead/-be-
hind/-around à la /foo(?!bar)/ ("foo" nicht gefolgt von
"bar") in regulären Ausdrücken beherrscht?
