[ENG] Dialog and Windows7 64bit

Anyone uses this couple?
Until I had Windows 7 32bit it worked perfectly, now that I
wanted to try the 64bit version I have trouble viewing
side scroll bars and the column headings.
In practice, at Dialog start, these are like "invisible" but if
I pass over with the mouse I can click them.
If I move the boundaries of the layout, they jump out and shows
perfectly.
It seems a refresh problem.
