unreal 2 cant be initialised

Im playing unreal 2. I have just scanned my PC for virus and trojans.
Now I cant get Uneral started. It says that it cant be initialised.
(0xc00000005)?

Help wanted please, what file do I need or anything´. Ive tried to
uninstall andreinstall, but it wont start
