How are you connecting from "outside" ? VPN? or direct IP address? You need to make sure your port forwarding and IP address mapping correctly ... as your internal address is 192.xxx If you are going to use SAP Router - you need to make sure your SAPROUTTAB has the correct entries .... for example: P TO FROM PORT If you application is using the gateway, not sapgui ... you need to make sure you are permitting and using those ports. It's hard to help without specifics, but I don't think you should be / would be using SAP Router for this. I would map out the path - end to end - ip addresses and ports, and revisit your firewall settings.
